成人高等教育管理类课程教学特点及教学建议

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,成人高等教育的不断推进,成人高等教育在全民教育体系中占据着越来越重要的地位。成人高等教育有着不同于普通高等教育的教育教学特点,从学习对象、学习内容、学习目标等方面对成人高等教育管理类课程教学进行研究,找出改进现阶段成人高等教育管理类课程教学的方法。With the development of the times,adult higher education advances constantly and occupies more and more important position in the civil education system.Adult higher education has its own educational and teaching characteristics which are different from ordinary higher education.This paper studies the teaching of management courses for adult higher education from aspects of learning objects,contents and targets and finds out the methods to improve the current teaching of these management courses.
