高职教育依托行业办学强化行业企业主体地位的研究

摘　　要：强化行业企业在教学中的主体地位是高职教育实现人才培养目标,适应经济发展需要的关键。强化行业企业的主体地位,必须是在"双赢"的基础上,充分了解并满足行业企业的利益和需要,以行业企业的发展决定专业设置,确定人才培养模式改革,进行教学安排,必须建立有效的运行机制予以保障。Enhancing the main position of industry and enterprise in teaching is the key point for higher vocational education to realize the talents training goal and meet the needs of economic development.To enhance the main position of industry and enterprise should fully understand and meet the benefit and demand of industry and enterprise based on double win.The establishment of majors,the reform of talents training pattern and the teaching arrangement should be decided by the development of industry and enterprise.Efficient running mechanism should be set up to guarantee the position mentioned above.
