摘  要:随着香港高中学制改变,考评制度亦由以往依赖公开纸笔考试,变为结合公开试和校本评核以评估学生的成绩。本文介绍香港公开考试制度内校本评核的发展背景,说明有关的宗旨和理念。同时,亦详细讨论推行校本评核遇到的问题,以及香港考试及评核局采用什么策略和措施推行校本评核。文中还就如何保证校本评核的素质、信度及公平性探讨了校本评核的具体操作。As a result of reforms in the academic structure of senior secondary education, Hong Kong' s public examinations system has evolved from a heavy reliance on external examination to a combined use of public examinations and school-based assessment (SBA) to assess the performance of students. This paper outlines the background of the development of SBA in the Hong Kong public examinations system and explains its underlying rationale and principles. It discusses in detail the problems encountered during the introduction of SBA and what strategies or measures have been adopted by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority to address these problems. The paper also suggests some practices to be adopted by schools when implementing SBA to ensure its quality, reliability and fairness.
