摘　　要：在新形势下的成人高等教育应满足社会对人才多元化需求,构建多元化的成人高等教育人才培养途径,培养"应用型"、"复合型"、"外向型"人才,使其具备创新、实践、协作、竞争等多项能力,以适应市场经济和社会发展的需要。In the new situation,adult higher education should satisfy various social demands for talents at all levels,construct various cultivating means for talents in adult higher education,develop practical,comprehensive and international talents to make them have competence in terms of innovation,practice,cooperation and competitiveness in accordance to the requirement of market economy and social development.
