摘 要:目的:建立檀香叶水溶性多糖含量的测定方法,分析乙烯利刺激对檀香叶中多糖含量的影响。方法:分别采用蒽酮硫酸法和苯酚硫酸法两种方法,利用紫外-可见分光光度计测定檀香叶中水溶性多糖的含量。结果:两种方法测定的檀香叶中水溶性多糖含量在8.86%~15.61%之间。结论:两种方法简便、准确、重现性好,均可用于檀香叶多糖含量的测定;乙烯利刺激檀香能提高其叶片中水溶性多糖的含量。Objective: Established a method of determination of the content of polysaccharides in leaves of Santalum album L.,and studied on the effect of ethrel stimulation on content of polysaccarides. Methods: Phenol-Vitriolic colorimetry and anthrone sulphuric acid colorimetry were employed to determine the content of polysaccharides by UV spectrophotography. Results: The content of polysaccharides in leaves of Santalum album L. was between 8.86%~15.61%. Conclusion: The two methods were simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,both of them could be used in the determination of the content of polysaccharides. Ethrel stimulation could raise the content of polysaccharides.
