摘 要:目的探讨各年级护理本科生与临床本科护士创造力水平,为护理本科教学及在职教育中提高护士创造力的策略方法研究提供理论依据和指导。方法采用创造力量表对一至四年级护理本科生302名及临床本科护士18名进行调查。结果各组集中思考度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而发散思考度及创造热情维度得分比较差异无统计学意义。集中思考度方面,三年级、四年级和临床护士组得分均高于一、二年级组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护士的创造能力在大学阶段可以发生明显改变,值得关注;现阶段我国护理本科教育模式可能对学生集中思考能力的培养与发展有重要促进作用,但对发散思考能力及创造热情的培养尚有待加强。Objective To explore the differences of the nursing undergraduates and undergraduate nurses in creativity.Methods A creativity-scale-based survey was conducted among 302 nursing undergraduates in grades 1 to 4 and 18 clinical undergraduate nurses.Results The differences were statistically significant of convergent thinking (P0.01),but not of divergent thinking and creativity passion.In terms of convergent thinking,the scores among junior students,senior students and clinical nurses were all higher than those of freshmen and sophomores (P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion The creativity of clinical nurses may significantly change during university.More attention should be drawn from the current nursing education mode to the education on divergent thinking and creation enthusiasm.
