摘　　要：主要总结了我院自实施青年教师导师制以来为促进青年教师职业素质的养成、教学水平的提高及科研能力的提升等方面取得的成绩,剖析了实施过程中遇到的问题和困难,并结合我院实际提出了如何改进的配套措施。This paper summarized the positive prescriptions our college had obtained, since the young teacher tutorial system was carried out, and anatomized the problems and difficulties we met with,finally combining with the conditions of our school, brought out some measures to improve the actualities.
