摘　　要：少数民族非物质文化遗产教育自治权实现的关键是法律保护。国际法确立了少数民族非物质文化遗产的法律地位,建构了少数民族非物质文化遗产的权利体系,设定了国家的尊重、保护、实现义务。国际立法需要进一步从权利主体、内容、国家义务、救济等方面深化与完善。Law protection is the key to realizing the right to autonomy in education of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.International law has established legal position,set up power system of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities and stipulated obligations of the State to respect,protect and realize intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.International legislation should be further optimized in aspects of subject and content of rights,obligations of the State as well as relief.
