摘　　要：在实地学习考察的基础上,探讨新加坡南洋理工学院(NYP)"教学工厂"先进理念对培养高职学生职业技能的借鉴意义。通过对高职学生技能培养现状分析,阐述培养高职学生专业技能、实用基本技能等技能,提升学生职业与竞争能力的手段与途径。On the basis of on-the-spot investigation, the advanced NYP＇s ＂Teaching Factory＂ Concept has great consultant significance to Professional skills and training of Vocational High School Students. Cultivating the skills and training of Vocational High School Students and improving the technical qualifications and competitive abilities are presented by analyzing the status quo of skills and training of Vocational High School Students.
