摘　　要：马铃薯具有产量高和营养丰富的特点,是粮、菜、饲料和工业兼用的农作物,也是主要的粮食作物,为解决农民的温饱问题发挥了重要作用。为此,介绍了我国马铃薯深加工产业发展的现状以及发展中存在的各种问题;同时,提出了完善我国马铃薯深加工的建议,为我国马铃薯深加工产业更好更快的发展提供参考依据。Potato with high yield and nutrient-rich characteristics of the grain,vegetables,a combination of feed and industrial crops,is also the major food crops,in order to solve the problem of food and clothing for farmers to play an important role. To this end,on China＇s potato deep processing industry of the status quo and the development of the various problems that exist; At the same time,a perfect potato deep processing of our recommendations,for our potato deep processing industry in the development of better and faster reference.
