摘 要:对国内外果蔬气调保鲜运输技术与装备的发展动态进行了研究;系统总结和分析了不同类型气调系统的工作原理和研究现状;对气调保鲜装备的流场进行了分析;结合果蔬保鲜运输要求,特别是我国农业发展现状,指出了适合我国国情的果蔬气调保鲜运输技术与装备的发展趋势,为我国果蔬气调保鲜运输技术的研究与发展提供了参考。The published research on controlled atmosphere transportation technologies on fruits and vegetables were re-viewed. The principles of all types of controlled atmosphere system were systematically analyzed. The control technology of airflow field was emphasized on. The current research status of controlled atmosphere transportation was discussed. On the basis of transportation requirement of fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping,especially the developing state of China’s agriculture,the prospects of controlled atmosphere technologies and equipments on fruits and vegetables were discussed. The opportunities for future research were explored. It will be useful to develop controlled atmosphere transportation on fruits and vegetables in China.
