应用型法律人才培养与法学专业实践教学体系的构建——以东莞理工学院为例

摘　　要：以东莞理工学院法学专业培养目标为切入点,分析了应用型法律人才的知识、能力和素质种类,总结了东莞理工学院法学专业实践教学体系构建的经验,并以此提出了构建应用型法学本科专业实践教学体系的原则和具体做法,以期为应用型人才的培养和研究提供有益的指导。Taking the professional training goal of Dongguan University of Technology as an entry point, this paper analyses knowledge, capability, and qualities for applicable legal talents, and thus proposed to build application-oriented professional practice of law undergraduate teaching system principle and specific practices, finally summarizes the experiences of constructing the teaching system of legal professional practice with a view to providing a useful guidance for application-oriented talents training and relevant research.
