摘　　要：IT服务管理所提供的标准和流程为有效运作学校IT基础架构,解决学校IT管理存在的问题提供了契机.ITIL是一套规范的IT服务管理标准,为学校IT服务管理体系的建设提供了一个理论框架.IT service management includes several standards and processes. They can guide the effective functioning of IT infrastructure and resolve the problems in the school IT management. ITIL is a set of standardized IT service management,which provides a theoretical framework for school IT service management system.
