摘 要:本文采用中国英语学习者口语语料库(SECCL),研究了英语过渡语中情状体和一般过去时标记的关系。结果发现,情状体和一般过去时变异之间存在显著密切的联系,学习者在口语中使用的一般过去时变异形式较之书面语缺乏变化。情状体对一般过去时标记率也具有显著影响,但是只有在终结动词(包括达成动词和完结动词)和非终结动词(包括活动动词和状态动词)之间表现出了显著差别,而在达成动词和完结动词之间、活动动词和状态动词之间均未显示出明显差异。本研究结果在一定程度上支持情状体假设,为终结动词和非终结动词的区分提供了证据。This study investigates the relationship between lexical aspect and simple past marking based on the spoken English corpus of Chinese learners (SECCL).It is found that simple past variation is significantly associated with lexical aspect though the learners exhibit a lack of variety in simple past variation in comparison with the previous studies on written data.Further tests also reveal that simple past marking is significantly affected by lexical aspect,but the significance is only found between telic verbs (including achievements and accomplishments) and atelic verbs (including activities and states) while no significant difference is revealed between achievements and accomplishments,nor between activities and states.The findings partly support the Aspect Hypothesis and provide evidence for the distinction between telic verbs and atelic verbs.
