摘 要:传统的相位差测量方法将信号整形成方波,异或后将方波脉冲的宽度转换为相位差。然而,信号在过零点处的"振铃效应",以及传统方法中引入迟滞比较器去噪带入的延时误差严重影响了测量的准确度。介绍了了几种测量相位差的方法,分析了各自的不足,最后提出了一种新型的利用固定相移测量同频正弦信号相位差的方法。此方法避免了"振铃现象"的影响,避免了引入迟滞比较器去噪带入的延时误差,同时又保留了迟滞比较器去噪的优点,不受信号幅度的影响,不受幅度递减的奇次谐波的影响,对两个同频正弦信号的相位差实现精确测量。Traditional phase difference measurement method firstly converts the two signal waveforms into two square waves and then does an exclusive OR operation on them, finally counts the width of the pulse and gets the phase difference. However, because of the influence of "ringing effect" and the time-delay of hysteresis comparator used to reduce the effect of noise, the measurement precision is terribly decreased. This paper firstly introduces some measurement methods and then points out their deficiencies. At last, a new method is proposed, which uses aptotic phase shifting method to measure phase difference. This method can avoid "ringing effect" and compensate the time-delay of hysteresis comparator. The method reserves the merits of hysteresis comparator; and the measurement is not affected by signal amplitude and odd harmonics with decreasing amplitude. The proposed method can accurately measure the phase difference of two sine signals.
