摘  要:本文用自制的心理契约调查问卷,先后通过选取南昌和成都各10家旅游企业作样本,对221名大学生员工进行调查,旨在探讨旅游企业中大学生员工的心理契约结构。探索性因素分析结果表明,心理契约中旅游企业责任和大学生员工责任均由规范遵循、人际关系和发展需要3个维度构成。三维结构的结论在验证性因素分析中得到了验证。最后,运用多元回归分析方法对旅游企业中大学生员工心理契约的内部关系进行了剖析。The paper aims at exploring the structure of psychological contract of university student employees in tourism enterprises by using self-designed psychological contract questionnaires to conduct a survey of 221 university student employees through the selection of 10 tourism enterprises in Nanchang and Chengdu as samples.The result of exploratory factor analysis indicates that both obligations of tourism enterprises and university student employees are constructed by three-dimensions of standardization adherence,interpersonal relations and needs for development.The conclusion of threedimensional structure has been testified in the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Finally,multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the internal relationship of psychological contract among university student employees in tourism enterprises.
