摘　　要：从学历、职称、年龄等方面介绍了独立学院师资队伍的结构,论述了独立学院教师管理的现状,在分析目前独立学院教师薪酬激励体系存在问题的基础上,探讨独立学院教师薪酬体系的构建问题。This paper introduces the structure of teacher team of independent college from the education background, professional title, and age, etc., discusses the present situation of teachers management in independent college, and based on analyzing the problems existing in teachers’compensation motivation system in independent college, probes into the construction of teachers＇ compensation system in independent college.
