摘　　要：目的:观察干细胞移植治疗假肥大型肌营养不良症的疗效在肌电图上的表现。方法:对46例自愿接受干细胞移植的假肥大型肌营养不良症患者予骨髓血干细胞及脐血干细胞联合移植,术前检查肌电图,术后半年复查,进行前后对照评估。结果:患者术后复查肌电图显示各检测值均有不同程度改善。结论:干细胞移植治疗假肥大型肌营养不良症是一种有效的手段,在肌电图上有比较明确的显示。Objective： To observe electromyographic performance of stem cell transplantation in treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Methods： Forty-six volunteers were transplanted with bone marrow and umbilical cord blood stem cell. Comparative evaluation of electromyography was studied before stem cell transplantation and after six months follow-up. Results： Postoperative review detected by electromyography showed improvement in varying degrees. Conclusion： Electromyography has clearly demonstrated that stem cell transplantation is an effective means to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
