记忆的自我参照效应对教师的启示

摘　　要：自我参照效应指的是相对于其他记忆加工而言,与自我建立联系的加工能够获得最好的记忆成绩。对于自我参照效应的心理机制主要有精细加工说、组织加工说以及双过程说。记忆的自我参照效应对教师的启示是:利用其规律帮助学生提高记忆;在教材的选择上有助于做出正确决定等。SRE is a phenomenon in memory that relating information to the self will produce better recall than purely semantic and other encoding strategies. As to the psychological mechanism, three hypotheses are usually mentioned： elaboration, organization and the hypothesis of elaboration and organization. The hints SRE shows to teachers as：use yts rules help students develop memory; help teachers make cortect choice on choosing notebook.
