摘  要:目的通过对5年来我院护生心理健康状况的调查,探索最佳的护理带教方法。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对护生心理进行调查分析,并布置每天书写工作心情日记,每月进行团体心理辅导,不断改进护理带教的方法。结果按SCL-90量表调查,护生在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性和恐怖等因子分较常模显著增加(P<0.01)。护生的日记也反映出了焦虑、抑郁、恐怖和茫然情绪。结论在护理带教中,要树立人本理念,关注护生的心理健康,实施因人施教,才能取得满意的带教效果。Objective To explore the best way of the clinical teaching methods by our analyzing the attitudes of nursing students in recent 5 years.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to analyze the nursing students’ attitudes.Their feeling diaries were written so as to be summarized monthly.Group psychology counseling was provided to improve the clinical teaching methods.Results In compulsion,interpersonal,depression,anxiety,hostility,the scores were higher than Chinese norm(P〈0.01),according assessment by using Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Anxiety,depression,consternation,and ignorance could also be reflected in their diaries.Conclusion In the clinical education,people-oriented concept should be created as the principle;psychological well-being should be given our attention;and differential treatment in education should be implemented so as to improve teaching achievements.
