摘　　要：教育体制的改革使高校招生规模不断扩大,但大学生退学现象也在日益严重。本文分析了大学生退学的现状及原因,阐述了高校辅导员面对此种现象应该采取的对策。The reform of education system makes the university enrollment scale expand continuously, but the phenomenon of droping - out of university students become more severe. This paper analyzes the current situation and the reasons of dropping out of of university students ,. and elaborate the countermeasures that university instructors should take for the phenomenon
