解脂假丝酵母等菌种处理竹片效果研究

摘　　要：主要探索在相同发酵工艺条件下,解脂假丝酵母、黑曲霉、米曲霉、黑曲霉+米曲霉、黑曲霉+解脂假丝酵母、米曲霉+解脂假丝酵母、黑曲霉+米曲霉+解脂假丝酵母七组中的最优处理竹片菌种。研究结果表明,黑曲霉+米曲霉+解脂假丝酵母是最优处理竹片菌种。The severn experiments of Candida Lipolyfica, Aspergilus Nige, Aspergilus Oryzae, Aspergillus Niger ＋ Aspergillus Oryzae, Aspergillus Niger ＋ Candida Lipolytica, Aspergillus Oryzae ＋ Candicla Lipelytica, Aspergillus Niger ＋ Aspergillus Oryzae ＋ Candida Lipolytica will be in the process at the same time in order to find the optimal bacteria. The results showed that it＇ s the best of Aspergillus Niger ＋ Aspergillus Oryzae ＋ Candida Lipolytica for the research.
