摘　　要：饭店内各部门之间存在大量的冲突现象。引发这种现象的原因主要可以从饭店内各部门相互依存的工作关系、报酬的多少、地位的高低、工作压力的大小和领地意识的强弱等五个方面来分析。There are lots of conflicts among various departments in a hotel.We can obtain the causes of the conflicts through analyzing the four aspects,such as interdependence of various departments,reward,status,working pressure and territorial awareness.
