摘　　要：研究全平面内的有限级D irichlet级数的增长性和正规增长性.借鉴前人的证明方法,通过引入一个新的增长指标,得到了级数的增长性和正规增长性的充要条件.The growth and the regular growth of this Dirichlet series of finite order are investigated.With drawing on the experience of predecessors,a new index is introduced to the Dirichlet series of finite order in the whole plane,then two necessary and sufficient conditions of the growth and the regular growth of Dirichlet series are obtained.
