摘　　要：做好大一新生的工作是整个辅导员工作的基础，做好这一工作做关系到他们能否顺利入学，能否对大学学习和生活形成正确的认识，同时，也关系到辅导员以后工作能否顺利的开展。因此，辅导员要根据大一新生的特点，以强烈的责任感和使命感做好大一新生的工作，为他们的大学生活奠定一个良好的基础。At the beginning of the college life, the performance of the freshman counselor has great intluence on freshmen＇s understanding of the university, as well as the smoothness of the counselor＇s coming work. Therefore, the freshman counselor should do well in the freshmanreception, and fully prepare for the parent forum. Moreover, some conversations of the topics and activities need to be hold to let the freshmen feel warm and happy. In addition, the counselor should organize the class commissary well. More importantly, pay special attention to the weak group. The establishment of their files is necessary and more care and help should be given to them.
