摘  要:采用超声波强化溶剂提取法提取薏苡仁酯,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面法对提取工艺参数进行优化研究。建立料液比、超声时间、超声温度与薏苡仁酯得率之间的数学模型,通过典型性分析得出最优工艺条件为料液比1:10(g/mL)、超声时间50min、超声温度50℃、超声功率300W、超声频率20kHz,在此条件下,薏苡仁酯得率为5.798%。The purpose of the present study was to achieve an optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Coix lacryma-jobi seed ester.On the basis of single factor experiments,a three-variable,three-level central composite design leading to 17 experiments combined with response surface analysis was employed to optimize key technological parameters(namely,ultrasonic treatment time,extraction temperature and material/liquid ratio) affecting Coix lacryma-jobi seed ester yield.In the optimization,a mathematical regression model describing Coix lacryma-jobi seed ester yield as a function of the parameters was created.Results indicated that the optimal values of the parameters were as follows:ultrasonic treatment time 50 min,ultrasonic power 300 W,extraction temperature 50 ℃ and material/liquid ratio 1:10(g/mL).Under such conditions,an optimal Coix lacryma-jobi seed ester yield of 5.798% was obtained.
