摘 要:为了克服某型无人机需要操作员通过按钮实时干预发动机缸温的缺陷,通过分析气道舵机与温度升降之间的关系,提出一种基于查表运算的模糊控制方法,并以MC68HC05SR3单片机为核心设计了缸温自动控制机构。给出硬件结构图,描述其详细功能,并提供关键部位的电路图以及器件的选择依据,实践证明该系统能够依据4个气缸温度传感器传来的数据输出经ROM预定程序处理的PWM信号,经D/A转换后送至舵机从而有效稳定气缸温度。To eliminate the defect of some kind of UAV needing operator to interfere the cylinder temperature in real time, analysed the relationship between the inlet control actuator and temperature,a control method about fuzzy control based on table look-up has been offered,and designed an cylinder temperature auto-adapting system with microprocessor MC68HCOSSR3 as the core. The structure of the system and the function of elements has been described in detail. The key circuit diagram and the principle of elements selecting also provided definitely. The results showed that according to the data of 4 temperature transducers the system outputs PWM signal indefined by preset program in the ROM, and controls the servomotor by means of D/A converting. Finally, the cylinder temperature is stabilized automatically and effectively.
