摘　　要：顶岗支教正在我国兴起,通过澄清顶岗支教的概念,阐述了实行顶岗支教的理论基础,列举了顶岗支教的典型案例,总结顶岗支教的意义、特点及模式研究的共同点,对我国顶岗支教实习中存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的建议。Displacement manner has been accepeted in aiding Education. Concept, theory basis and examples of aiding education in displacement manner were discussed. The meaning, character and study models were summed up. Some suggestions were given to solve the problems existing in aiding education.
