管理学视野中的我国艺术教育在大学非艺术专业人才培养中被忽视问题——以书法艺术为例

摘　　要：艺术是人类表达自己内心情感的一种语言技巧。由于艺术教育在人才培养过程中拥有其他教育方式无法替代的作用,所以在大学非艺术专业中开展艺术教育具有十分重要的意义。但现实中艺术教育在我国大学非艺术类专业人才培养中却被人们忽视,产生这一问题的根源何在?从管理学的视角,以管理的基本要求为基点,展开相关探讨分析,并针对问题产生的根源提出了对策。Art is one of language skills which people can express their emotions.Because the art education has the function which other educational modes don’t have,art education in the university non-art-major personnel training is becoming more significant.But art education in China university non-art-major personnel training has actually been neglected by the people,what is the reason？ Based on the elementary requirements of management science,this paper has explored and analyzed the related reasons,then proposed the countermeasures from perspective of management science.
