广西高职院校与东盟师资合作与交流之探析

摘　　要：广西高职教育与东盟师资合作、交流有利于引进国外优质教育资源和先进职业教育理念,有利于培养国际化人才、增强广西与东盟优秀文化的国际传播与渗透,提高广西高职教育国际竞争力。广西高职院校在与东盟师资合作、交流有了长足的发展,但也存在亟待解决的问题,应在理念确立、机构完善、课程实施、合作办学、科研等方面加大力度。The exchange and cooperation in teachers resources between ASEAN and vocational colleges in Guangxi is conductive to introducing high quality international education resources and advanced vocational ed- ucation idea, developing internationalized talents, strengthening the international communication of excellent culture of ASEAN and Guangxi, and improving the international competitiveness of Guangxi higher vocational education. The exchange and cooperation in teachers resources between ASEAN and Vocational Colleges in Guangxi has seen considerable progress. But there are some problems that urgently need to be solved. Therefore, more efforts should be made in establishment of the concepts, organization perfection, curriculum implementa- tion, cooperative school-running and scientific research, etc.
