摘　　要：通过对陕西省八所高校辅导员校本培训情况进行调研,详细分析了高校辅导员校本培训中存在的问题,并从观念、制度、内容、手段、评价等方面提出了以提高职业胜任力为目标,完善高校辅导员校本培训工作的措施。Based on the survey of 8 universities in Shaanxi province about the situation of school- based training of college counselors, a detailed analysis focuses on the problems existing in the school- based training of college counselors. And then some measures to improve professional competence and perfect the school - based training of college counselors are put forward from some aspects like concept, system, content, methods and evaluation.
