摘  要:通过固体斜面培养和液体摇瓶培养,对收集到的、现可大规模种植的5株灰树花菌株的固体斜面菌丝生长特性以及液态发酵产多糖性能进行了比较研究,并以产多糖性能为指标对液态发酵菌株进行筛选.结果表明:在固体斜面培养中,菌株Gf-5和Gf-1表现出了较快的菌丝长速和较好的菌丝长势,其他菌株表现一般;但在液体摇瓶培养时,菌株Gf-3的菌球直径最小、菌丝生物量最高,其胞外多糖、胞内多糖及总多糖产量分别可达11.07 mg/100 mL、28.68mg/100 mL、39.75 mg/100 mL,均高于其他供试菌株,说明菌株Gf-3液态发酵的产多糖性能最好,较适合用于液态发酵生产.The mycelial growth properties on slant solid medium and the polysaccharides producing capability of five liquid-fermentation strains of Grifola frondosa,which were planted extensively,were compared through solid slant culture and liquid shake culture.The liquid-fermentation strains were screened out according to the polysaccharides producing capability.The results show that the strains Gf-5 and Gf-1 show higher mycelial growth speed and better growth vigor than other strains in solid slant culture;however,in liquid shake culture,the strain Gf-3 has the smallest diameter of mycelia pellet and the highest biomass of mycelia,and can produce extracellular polysaccharides,intracellular polysaccharides and total polysaccharides at the yields of 11.07 mg/100 mL,28.68 mg/100 mL and 39.75 mg/100 mL,which are higher than the other strains.Thus,the strain Gf-3 has excellent polysaccharides producing capability by liquid fermentation,and is suitable for the liquid fermentation.
