摘　　要：利用生成元谱的性质讨论了C-半群的指数稳定性,得到了C-半群指数稳定性的充要条件.By using spectral properties of its generator, the problem on exponential stability of C-semigroups is discussed. Necessary and sufficient conditions on the exponential stability are obtained.
