摘　　要：辅导员影响力包括权力性影响力和非权力性影响力。辅导员影响力的充分发挥有利于解决班级运行的动力和秩序问题。辅导员影响力的研究要在科学发展观的指导下,努力实现以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展。The influence of a college counselor includes authority power and non - authority power. Full exertion of college counselors＇ influence is conducive to class operation and order. Research on college counselors~ influence must be done with Scientific Outlook on Development so as to achieve people- oriented comprehensive and sustainable development.
