摘  要:对嗜热侧孢霉所产纤维素酶的酶学性质进行研究。结果表明,CMC酶、FPA酶和棉花酶的最适反应温度分别为60℃、60℃和55℃,在55~65℃范围内酶的热稳定性较好。CMC酶、FPA酶和棉花酶的最适反应pH分别为5.4、5.4和4.8,在pH4.8~6.0范围内,酶活力较稳定,Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、K+和Ba2+对酶具有激活作用,Cu2+、Fe3+、Na+、Ag+和Co2+对酶具有抑制作用。The enzymatic properties of cellulase produced by thermophilic sporotrichum were studied. The results showed that the optimum reaction temperature ofCMCase, FPAase and cotton lyase were at 60 ℃, 60 ℃ and 55 ℃ respectively and cellulase had good thermal stability within 55-65 ℃. The optimum reaction pH values of CMCase, FPAase and cotton lyase were 5.4, 5.4 and 4.8 respectively and cellulase had stable activity as pH value was between 8-6.0. Ca^2+,Mg^2+, Zn^2+, K^+ and Ba^2+ had activation effects on celluase. However, Cu^2+, Fe^3+, Na^+, Ag^+ and Co^2+ had inhibition effects on cellulase.
