摘　　要：分析我国护理人力资源的配置标准、配置现状以及合理配置的研究现状,指出目前主要存在护士数量严重不足和护士职称结构不合理,但护士学历层次正日益提高。It analyzed nursing human resource allocation standards,the status quo of configuration,and reasonable allocation of nursing human resource in China.It pointed out main problems at present include a serious shortage of nurses and irrational structure of professional title in nurses.However,education level of nurses is promoting gradually.
