摘　　要：思想道德修养与法律基础课是对大学生进行思想道德和法律教育的主渠道。为应对思想价值观念多元化对该课程的政治功能和教育功能带来的冲击,提高其教学的针对性和实效性,应重视流行文化的积极影响和传统文化的基本精神的完美结合,深入分析其教学地位和传统文化、流行文化的内涵,探讨传统文化与流行文化的育人功能,着力在教学内容、教学方式、教学理念方面深化改革,从而提升大学生的人文综合素养。The Ideological and Moral Cultivation course and Legal Basis course are the main educational channels to the university students.In order to deal with the enormous impact brought by diversified value ideas to the political function and education of these courses,to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ＂basis＂ course teaching,to improve the humanistic comprehensive quality and do contribution to build socialism core value system,the perfect combination of the positive effect of popular culture and the basic spirit of traditional culture should be emphasized,the teaching status of ＂basic＂ course and the connotation of traditional culture and popular culture should be analyzed deeply,the function of educating people of traditional culture and popular culture should be discussed,the teaching content,teaching ways and teaching idea should be revolutionized.
