广东地区正常人群X线头影测量Arnett分析

摘　　要：目的:建立广东地区正常人群X线头影测量Arnett分析法的正常参考值,为正畸和正颌外科的临床诊断、治疗评估提供参照。方法:对广东地区学生进行普查,从中随机选取正常者44例(男20例,女24例),对选取的每个样本拍摄X线头影测量侧位片,然后用Winceph7.0头影测量软件对其定点测量。结果:上切牙牙轴、上唇厚、下唇厚、全面高、上唇长度、下唇长度、面下1/3高度、上颌高度、下颌高度、眶缘点到软组织A点的距离,以及眶缘点、颧骨点、瞳孔下点、鼻翼点、鼻前点、上切牙点到TVL的距离性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且各有差异项均数均为男性大于女性。结论:广东地区正常人群Arnett分析法的参考值存在性别差异。Objective To obtain the refered value of Arnett cephalometric analysis in Guangdong students with normal occlusion.Methods 44 students（20 males and 24 females）in Guangdong with normal occlusion were chosen.Lateral cephalograms of the subject are taken respectively with a roentgenographic cephalometer.Arnett analysiswas conducted on basis of the lateral cephalograms.Results There was difference in some values of Arnett analysis between male and female of the students in Guangdong（P0.05）.Conclusion There was sexual difference of Arnett analysis in students with normal occlusion.
