关于新建地方应用型本科院校定位问题的思考

摘　　要：新建地方应用型本科高校应把握知识经济时代高等教育发展趋势和我国高等教育转向以内涵发展为主的历史机遇,认清校情,找准位置,明确角色,创新办学理念,理清办学思路,优化配置教育资源。通过发展目标定位、服务面向定位、办学类型定位、人才培养目标定位、学科发展定位等一系列富有个性的定位决策,化解各种矛盾,变劣势为优势,创建富有特色的、开放的、充满活力的能够不断自我创新、自我发展的发展体制和教育教学运行机制。The author proposes an idea that the new application-oriented colleges should grasp higher education development trends and historical opportunity in the era of knowledge economy.They should identify the school situation,find out the location,clear the definition of roles,innovative educational idea,clarify the educational ideas and optimize the allocation of the educational resources.Through development of targeting orientation,service positioning orientation,type of school location orientation,personnel training target orientation,positioning of subjects and a series of highly personalized orientation decision,resolve all kinds of contradictions,change the inferiority to the superiority,the weakness to the strength,create a rich,open and dynamic teaching system and an operation mechanism that can be able to keep the development of innovative and self-development,promote the development of content-based scientific development.
