摘  要:建立3种制动盘制动过程有限元计算模型,即:部分盘间接耦合模型、整盘间接耦合模型、弹塑性热-机耦合模型,并以1∶1制动试验结果和红外线温度成像系统测试的温度为依据,分析不同模型计算结果的准确性和适用性。在部分盘间接耦合模型的基础上,通过改变热流加载方法提出整盘热流移动加载间接耦合模型,该模型可用于模拟计算制动盘的整体温度场和应力场。在接触直接耦合法的基础上,考虑材料的塑性影响,建立弹塑性热-机耦合模型,该模型可用于模拟制动盘摩擦面的局部热损伤。Three typical finite element models for braking simulation were established,including the part-disc indirect coupling model,the full-disc indirect coupling model and the elastic-plastic thermal-mechanical coupling model.Based on the test results and the temperature data obtained by the infra-red temperature test imaging system during the 1∶1 dynamo test,the accuracy and applicability of the simulation results of different models were studied.On the basis of the part-disc indirect coupling model,the full-disc indirect coupling model was put forward by changing the flux input method,which was used to simulate the temperature and stress field during braking.And considering the effect of the plasticity of materials on the temperature and stress,the multi-contact elastic-plastic thermal-mechanical coupling model of the disc brake was established in order to investigate the local thermal-damage of the brake disc.
