摘  要:"学生每天锻炼一小时"的具体内涵是指由学校有组织、有领导、有计划地在学校对学生进行体育教学和集体锻炼的时间,主要包括体育课、大课间体育活动和课外体育活动的时间。虽然目前得到立法上的保障和在全国全面实施,但仍存在不少问题。提出加强该项工作的建议:深刻认识做好确保"学生每天锻炼一小时"体育工作的重要性,切实增强责任感和紧迫感;加强对"学生每天锻炼一小时"工作的领导,确保工作落到实处;加强对"学生每天锻炼一小时"工作的督导,建立健全学校体育工作督查督办机制。The specific content of "students doing exercises 1 hour a day" refers to schools arranging the physical education teaching and collective exercising time for students in schools in an organized,guided and planned way,mainly including the time for physical education classes,sports activities conducted during class breaks,and extra-curricular sports activities.Although this job has been ensured legislatively and executed nationwide today,there are still quite a few problems with this job.The authors put forward the following suggestions for strengthening this job: profoundly understand the importance to do the "ensuring students doing exercises 1 hour a day" job well and truly enhance the senses of responsibility and urgency;strengthen the leadership for the "students doing exercises 1 hour a day" job and get the job done actually;strengthen the supervision over the "students doing exercises 1 hour a day" job and establish a complete school physical education job supervising and handing mechanism.
