摘　　要：校内生产性实训基地的建设是实现高职院校人才技能培养与素质培养的重要途径,通过研究校内生产性实训基地建设的模式,寻求符合专业特色、结合区域经济发展特点的校内生产性实训基地,促进校内生产性实训基地健康、可持续发展,形成高质量人才培养和校企合作长效机制,实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢,探索出最适合于专业发展需求的校内生产性实训基地模式。The construction of the school productive training base is an important way to achieve higher vocational colleges＇ skills development and quality of talent cultivation.By studying the school productive training base model,the school productive training base can be searched in accordance with professional features and combined with the characteristics of regional economic development.The strategies to promote the health and sustainable development of the school productive training base can be seeked.Then a high-quality personnel training mode and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in long-term are formed,The school,businesses and students win-win situation can be achieved,and the most suitable mode of the school productive training base for the professional development needs is explored.
