摘　　要：本文给出了一类非光滑最优化问题的最优性条件。这类问题包含了著名的离散minmax问题,l_∞拟合问题,l_1拟合问题,精确罚函数和外部罚函数等一系列问题,所进行的分析主要是利用了函数的一阶和二阶方向导数的概念以及(4]中的技巧。In this paper, we derive necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for a class of nonsmoosh optimization problems. Special cases of the class are the discrete minimax probldm, the discrete l_1(l_∞)--approximation, the minimization of the exact penalty function and exterior function.
