摘　　要：高职文化是高职院校在其办学实践中积淀形成并被全体成员所普遍认同、内化、奉行的精神要义及通过制度架构在主体人和其他实体物上的人文化的成果体现,是表现在精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化等层构上的大学文化,是与学术教育类大学文化相区别的职技教育类大学文化。Higher vocational and technical education culture are some mental results and material results that represented at the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material level and identified by all staff during long term practices of school running. It is a kind of university culture with an emphasis on technical culture rather than academic culture in those general colleges or universities.
