巨额债务下高等教育危机初探

摘　　要：为了解决教育事业发展与经费供给紧张的矛盾,负债办学成为高校发展的必经之路。然而在发展中出现了盲目扩张、高标准建设的倾向,高校贷款规模急剧扩大,导致过度负债。巨额债务给高校带来的压力已开始显现,并严重阻碍了高校的持续发展,而隐藏在债务危机背后的是教育的困惑:迷失方向,随波逐流;追名逐利,忘却自身责任;制度不健全,操作多失误。应对巨额债务下高等教育危机的基本策略:淡化政治色彩,回归教育自我;守护精神家园,实现教育自觉;实现透明办学,健全社会监督机制。In order to solve the conflict between the development of education and funds, it is inevitable for colleges and universities to run into debt. Due to blind expansion, construction of the highest grade of standard, the pressure of great debt has impeded the development of higher education. Consequently colleges and universities forget their responsibilities and make mistakes in practice. So in order to deal with the crisis, conscious education should be realized, and social supervision mechanism be improved.
