摘　　要：培养护生人文素质是促进形成专业行为的重要保证,对规范专业行为与实践具有关键作用。护理高等院校需要采取各种有效预防措施,控制与减少环境多元因素对护生不文明行为的影响作用;高度重视促进师资队伍建设与护理教学模式改革、营造人文环境氛围并完善教育与管理,对强化护生专业品质培养并促进专业行为转换具有重要意义。Cultivation of humanistic quality assured the nursing students to develop professional behavior and standardize the professional behaviors in clinical practice.A variety of effective precautions must be taken in colleges and universities of nursing to limit and reduce the multifactorial influences on uncivil behaviors of nursing students.It is significant for colleges and universities to promote the construction of teaching team and reform of nursing teaching models,to create a human culture environment and to improve the education and management,which may strengthen the cultivation of professional quality of students and facilitate the transition of professional behaviors.
