校行企三方合作共建就业实习基地——提高高职学生就业实习质量的创新举措

摘　　要：为提高高职学生就业实习质量,文章创新提出"校行企三方合作"共建就业实习基地的人才培养模式,采取建设专兼结合的教学团队、构建基于工作过程的课程体系、建设多功能生产性就业实习基地、开展就业实习教育及建立健全就业实习的法律法规等措施来提高学生的就业质量。This article put forwards a new talents cultivation mode through building employment practice base by schools, administrative authorities and businesses, which will mainly focus on the using of both full-time and part-time teaching staff, the design of course system based on working process, the building of multi-functional and production-oriented employment practice base, carrying out employment practice education and establishing sound laws and regulations on employment practice so as to enhance the quality of employment practice of students in higher vocational schools. The lack of work experience has become the stumbling block for graduates to find a job. Under this situation, it is essential to step up employment practice during school time. However, recent years witness difficulties in finding place to practice, inconsistent practice contents and worrying practice results and so on. Thus making employment practice simple enjoys underserved fame. At present, how to make breakthroughs in this regard has emerged as the thorny issue pending for solutions.
