摘　　要：本文介绍了MCM中的高温共烧陶瓷与低温共烧陶瓷基板技术，以及共烧陶瓷基板技术的研究进展情况。讨论了多层共烧陶瓷基板的关键工艺，比较了HTCC和LTCC的工艺。并对多层共烧陶瓷基板的发展进行了展望。The technologies of high temperature co - fired ceramics （ HTCC ） and low temperature co - fired ceramics （ LTCC ） are introduced in this paper. The research progress of co - fired muhilayer ceramic substrate technologies are reviewed. The key technologies and the comparisons of muhilayer ceramic substrate are presented and discussed. Development trends of HTCC and LTCC technologies are also expected.
