摘　　要：目前有不少高职院校存在着人文素质教育缺失的状况,这种状况已经对学生的成才和就业产生了极大的不良影响。高职院校在注重专业技能、突出实践性的基础上,还必须着力提高学生的人文素质。而人文素质教育是一项复杂的系统工程,需要从思想观念、课程设置、教学方法、师资培养、教材建设、评价体系等各个环节着手。At present, humanistic quality education is still absent in many vocational colleges. This situation has exerted a tremendous side effect on the development and employment of the students. Therefore, vocational colleges should not only put emphasis on professional skills highlighting practicality, but also focus on improving the humanistic quality of the students. Humanistic quality education is a complicated systematic project which needs to be carried out from the aspects of ideology, curriculum design, teaching methods, teacher training, teaching material construction, evaluation system, etc.
