摘　　要：针对全日制大学教学特点,借助信息技术构建新型教学模式,将刚性的教学管理与柔性的课程教学相结合(F-R模式),可以有效地提升教学效果和教学资源利用率。该教学模式既保证了知识的体系完整,又强调了学生的个体差异,注重其个性品质的养成和分析解决实际问题能力的提升,为培养现代社会所需要的全面发展的创新型人才提供了一条途径。In view of the teaching characteristics of the full - time universities in China, the paper instructs new teaching mode that integrates the rigid teaching management with the flexible curricula teaching to make full use of the teaching resources and enhance the teaching efficiency. The new model of teaching not only assures the integrity of the students＇knowledge system but also emphasizes the individual difference to cultivate students＂ personality and ability to analyze and solve problems. It provides a way necessary for the full - development and innovative person in modem society.
